Nazari Vakil is a comprehensive web-based legal platform for providing legal consultation services, case management, submitting legal questions, and receiving answers from expert lawyers. Built with Django and MySQL, it includes user panels for lawyers and clients, consultation request system (online, phone, in-person), ticketing Q&A system, legal case management, articles and legal experiences, smart multi-search, and a dedicated admin panel.

Managing simultaneous consultation requests from three different channels (online, phone, in-person), implementing ticketing Q&A system with file upload capability, two-factor SMS authentication, managing complex access levels (admin, lawyer, responder, marketer, user), and implementing smart multi-search across articles, questions, experiences, and videos.
Using Django MVT architecture, role-based system with Boolean fields for access levels, integration with Ghasedak SMS service, using django-jalali for Persian dates, weighted search system with Q objects, and query optimization with select_related and prefetch_related.
Reduced response time to legal questions to under 24 hours, increased visitor-to-customer conversion rate to 35%, support for 1000+ simultaneous cases, and 60% reduction in repetitive phone calls with the online Q&A system.
